As an Etsy seller, we receive only the information Etsy shares with us that is necessary to fulfill your order and provide customer support. This may include:

Order & Transaction Information

Shipping & Contact Information
• Delivery name and address
• Phone number (if provided for delivery purposes)
• Email address (for order and shipping communications through Etsy's messaging system)

• Messages you send us through Etsy's Messages system, including questions, customization requests, and support inquiries

We do not have access to your payment card information. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Etsy Payments and its partners.

Legal Requirements

4. How Long We Retain Your Information
We retain order and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations. In general:

• Order and shipping records: retained for up to 7 years to satisfy U.S. tax and recordkeeping requirements
• Customer communications (Etsy Messages): accessible through Etsy's platform per their retention policies

Once we are no longer required to retain your information, we will delete or destroy it securely.
